It doesn't happen too often and usually when it happened a quick computer restart fixed it but it happened often enough to irritate me. So yeah that advice on fixing the random failing to start is an absolute bullshit. It stopped loading at 99% then showed a screen where I could probably fix the issue by enabling Virtualization Thread (already enabled), or using discrete GPU (already using it).
